Make a Difference Club had its first meeting last Tuesday. Our service projects range from activities at the school to service projects on a national level. We have taken part in activities such as engaging with BACC students, clothing drives, book exchanges, recycling, and others. Our activities change year to year based on where club members have an interest.
Students across all grade levels are welcome to join MAD Club as their schedule allows. We're a flexible group that accepts students also involved in other activities. As some students finish up a fall sport or activity, they may then join MAD Club. Our next meeting is tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct. 4) from 3-4:30. You can find our meeting times on the school calendar; I also have hard copies of calendars for students that would like one. I look forward to another exciting year of making a difference!
